Banana bread breakfast cookies. Normally I would say normal cookies, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I'm very quite in love. And if chocolate chips have been thrown into the mix? OMG!

This truly isn't even a recipe. It is me telling you to mix two items together for sweet satisfaction that you don't need to feel guilty about.

For reals. No bizarre processed ingredients from a box. Just all natural substances.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think they're a fantastic breakfast (or wholesome treat!) For whoever you are. That's unless you are allergic to bananas or yoghurt. Sorry!

Banana and oats bake with each other to make easy breakfast cookies that yummy such as banana bread!

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed



If wanted you can add in some of the following:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS



Place oats in blender or food processor and mix until oats become the consistency of flour; it's okay if it's not perfectly soil.

In large bowl combined mashed banana oats until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your chosen add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a tsp of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by big spoon onto cookie sheet; then sew a bit with a rubber spatula. Makes about 16 biscuits.
